These terms govern your use of EasyQuote AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Using the service
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for reviewing every quote before sending it to a customer. AI-generated estimates are a starting point — always check materials, labour and totals against your own judgement and pricing.
Your account
Keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes you create are between you and your customers. EasyQuote AI is a tool to help you prepare them and is not a party to any agreement you make with a customer.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the service and these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, EasyQuote AI is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
