EasyQuote AI ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details — your email address and authentication details, managed by our authentication provider.
• Business and quote data — the job descriptions, customer details, pricing settings and quotes you create in the app.
• Usage data — basic technical information needed to operate and improve the service.

How we use your information

• To generate quotes. Job descriptions you enter are sent to our AI provider to produce your quote.
• To deliver features you choose to use, such as emailing quotes or exporting to Xero.
• To operate, secure, support and improve the service.

Third-party services

We use trusted providers to deliver the service, including authentication, AI quote generation, optional email delivery and, where you connect it, Xero. These providers process data only as needed to provide their part of the service.

Xero

Connecting Xero is entirely optional. If you connect it, we store the access required to export quotes on your behalf and you can disconnect at any time from the app.

Data security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and retain it for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.
